4th Annual Call's Get Together on Dec. 5th

We started the family day off at the mall to build our remote control cars. Everyone was put into teams. We chose the cars we wanted ahead of time. Now it was putting them together and designing them.

Built a Chevy Corvette in Dungeon Black with a "GIRLZ RUL" license plate.

Team members: Ben, Demetrius, Kevin

Built a Dodge Challenger in Black Attack with orange racing stripes.

Team members: Cheryl, Addie, Charity

Built a Mini cooper in Laser Blue covered in hearts and flowers with the license plate " IHEARTU"

Built a Chevy Corvette but in Track Sting Yellow with black racing stripes and sculls with the license plate "3skulls".

Built a Fang Green Dodge Viper.

Nov. 28th Activities

All of the boys had fun playing catch in the backyard. Merlin was fun to watch him try to find the ball without his glasses on. I didn't want them to get broke.

Everyone got to try different kinds of cheeses. You could definetly figure out the ones that did not like blue cheese. The soft cheeses were very popular.

Family Game and Sample Night

On Sat. Nov. 28 we had mom & Rick, dad & Marsha, Tanya & Christian and mom & dad over for games and trying different kinds of vanilla ice cream.

We use hats for the game The Great Dalmuti.

Water line breakage

So thanks to City of Mesa we had to repair our main water line. They came to change out the meter. This is a picture of our temporary water line til we could dig the trench across the lawn.

This is the rusted old pipe.

We had to drain all the water out of the front lawn. The children thought that was cool to play in the mud with mom and dad. We ended up using a pump from our salt water and hosing to help drain some of the water. What a mess.

This is the Emerson Elementary School Bell ringers. This is the only school that I know of that has Bell ringers. They had them when I went to Emerson years ago.

G.A.I.N OCT.24,2009

We had our neighborhood G.A.I.N (getting Arizona involved in neighborhoods) party. Neighborhoods do this once a year. The police always come out and so does McGruff. The children always have fun and we also have dinner. Here is a few pictures of the fun that the children had.

Isis was actually afraid of McGruff.

Merlin actually jumped over the top of this.

Demetrius jumped through this.

Isis was enjoying the many ways to slide that she couldn't get in trouble.
