Christmas Day

This is the children on Christmas morning. They have to wait for us and then we all go out together.

These are decorations that the children made at school.

Love David's face for the day and his hair.

Merlin got money for scuba things.
Kevin got money for scuba things.

Isis is patiently waiting til its her turn. We have a tradition that we start with the youngest. That person picks a present for someone else. Wait for them to open it up and go to the next. She just kept saying "I Love Christmas".

Isis got a homemade blanket from Grandma Call for her new big girl bed.

Charity got a homemade blanket from Grandma Call.

Charity, Merlin and Kevin got scuba gear for Christmas. They also recieved scuba lesson for open water certification. Demetrius got a Ninetendo DS and Isis got sheets for her new bed.
I am so grateful for Christ and all the blessings his given me. To be able to see the smile and laughter on my husband and childrens faces are priceless. I can just imagine the feeling Christ has for us when we smile and laugh with each other. May your days be filled with joy this year.

Ferrell Christmas Party Dec. 19

We were all having fun with taking pictures. We had dinner together. Then we exchanged gifts. The adults were having just as much fun as the children were.

Santa Discover Scuba Dec. 19

Melrin had fun dancing and playing with Andy and Santa. Merlin really enjoys scuba diving.

Andy kept doing head stands on Santa's head.

This is our partial family photo.

Santa really had the holiday spirit dancing on the bottom of the pool.
This pool was really hot. Kind of cold when you get out.

Merlin's 1st Band Concert on Dec. 7th

Merlin has been learning the clarinet this year in band. This was his very first band concert. He did a great job.

During the advanced band performance of the Drummer Boy; Merlin learned to play the hand drum. Way to go Merlin.

4th Annual Call's Get Together on Dec. 5th

We had a member of each team participate in how many marshmellows can you shove into your mouth?

Stan kept making a mess all over his shirt.

The teenagers did this race.

The car races. Thankyou to all of the teenagers who helped the younger ones drive their cars. That mini coupe could sure go fast.

Then later in the eveing after the skits; mom gave us our family books "Mice on Main". This is about a new mouse in the park in South Carolina that we went to during our family reunion last summer. She didn't read it to us this year.

Through out the day each person was being graded on how well they participated during the activities. Dad kept track of the points to come up the winners.

In 3rd place was Charity, Cheryl and Maria. They got $10.

Second place winner is Callie. She got $13.

1st winners are Kevin and Brayden. They got $15.

This year we were missing Courtney and her new husband Daniel and Seth (who is off to college). We truly miss not having the Berry's closer to us to do these mini family traditions. We hope they get to come to the family reunion in Idaho this summer.
